Our take

I gave the Escape HL hybrid a try as a replacement for a mid-iron, and it's been a useful addition. The 29-degree loft is a nice bridge between long and short irons, and the graphite shaft with Senior flex provides easy launch. The club feels solid, though the stainless steel head doesn't offer the same feel as higher-end options. The included headcover is a nice bonus. At $146.99, it's a bit pricey for a single hybrid, but if you need that specific loft and flex, it works well. The textured grip is comfortable and secure. Just be aware it's a single club, not a set.
